A midi-scale exploration of form, volume, and internal flow

This project represents the first exploration of what could be achieved at this emerging scale. The design began as an experiment in extending beyond compact display models while still working within a restrained footprint. It was also the first attempt to meaningfully incorporate interior spaces at this size, testing how much functional layout could be integrated without compromising the vessel’s exterior form.

While more exploratory in nature, the model established the foundational approach that would later evolve into the studio’s midi-scale format. Early solutions for structural layout, interior access, and modular construction were developed here, forming the basis for the more refined systems seen in later vessels such as Veletta.
