A PRIVATE COMMISSION

This project was developed through a private commission for a client seeking a detailed architectural model of a modern 80-metre superyacht. While the original vessel and client remain confidential, the model was designed to faithfully capture the yacht’s refined proportions, layered deck architecture, and distinctive overall exterior profile.

The build was engineered as a fully modular structure, allowing sections of the superstructure to be removed to reveal a complete interior layout beneath. Interior spaces were developed throughout the vessel to reflect the scale and arrangement of a contemporary superyacht.

To respect client confidentiality, interior photographs are not shared publicly.

DESIGN & STRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT

Beneath the vessel's clean exterior lies the same structural philosophy that defines the studio’s flagship builds. The vessel is engineered as a complete system with removable deck sections, modular interiors, and internal framework designed to support both scale accuracy and long-term durability.

Every element of the model works together to maintain alignment, rigidity, and clean visual continuity across the entire vessel, ensuring that deck lines remain uninterrupted and that the vessel reads as a single cohesive structure from bow to stern.

This commissioned model was developed as a private display piece, designed to capture the scale, structure, and architectural presence of a modern superyacht in miniature form.

While elements of the project remain confidential, the build reflects the same design discipline, structural engineering, and craftsmanship applied throughout the MRJ Builds studio — a continuation of the studio’s ongoing pursuit of scale, accuracy, structural fidelity, and refined execution.
